What if underground libraries wove the clouds into a new landscape

Deep beneath a city, vast underground libraries pull down long strands of cloud and weave them into a solid new landscape. Soft vapor tightens into roads, valleys, towers, and bridges while loose mist continues to flow. Endless shelves, stone arches, ladders, and warm lamps recede into darkness. Follow the weaving action upward and finish above the completed cloud landscape.
