What if medieval castles released glowing seeds that transformed everything

Across a green highland kingdom, multiple medieval castles release thousands of glowing seeds that instantly transform every surface they touch. A visible wave of change spreads outward with each seed while untouched areas remain clearly different. Stone walls, banners, villages, and winding roads extend to the horizon. Follow one seed through the air, then widen as the transformation races across the scene.
